How to Participate, Step by Step
- Buy a promo pack. Look for Ferrero Rocher T4, T8, T16 or T24 packs with the contest QR code. Stock of promo packs is limited.
- Scan the QR code printed on the pack, or open the official contest page.
- Register with your name, surname, email address and phone number.
- Enter the lot number printed on your pack.
- Play Tap & Reveal. Once registration is complete you can play the game and see if you have won.
- Wait for confirmation. Selected winners get a call, SMS or email with instructions to claim the prize after verification.

Every promo pack carries a printed lot number. You type it in while registering so the entry can be linked to a genuine pack. Check the packaging carefully (and keep the pack until you know the result), because the Company may ask you to go through a verification process if you win.

Winner selection and claiming prizes
- Winners are chosen from valid entries using randomizer software.
- A participant can win only one prize in total from the same mobile number, email, address or household.
- Prizes are given only after the winner passes the agency’s verification.
- Winners are contacted by call, SMS or email. The Company does not have to match the participant’s identity with the purchaser’s.
- Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged or converted into cash. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited.
- Winners may be asked to take part in publicity, and consent to the use of their name and image in promotional material.
- Queries or complaints are not entertained after 30 days from the end of the contest period.
Tanishq Gold E-Gift Voucher rules
- Redeemable at authorized Tanishq showrooms or on tanishq.co.in.
- Valid for a maximum of 6 months from issue. Validity cannot be extended.
- Online, one e-gift voucher up to Rs 9,999 can be used per order. Unused balance is not carried forward or refunded.
- If your purchase is higher than the voucher value, you pay the difference.
- Photo ID with address is needed at redemption (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Passport).
- The voucher can be combined with other ongoing Tanishq offers in stores.
Flute Glass and T96 Cone delivery rules
- Delivery is to the address given at registration. No delivery to P.O. Box or outside India. Make sure the address is correct and someone is available to receive it.
- Flute Glasses: if the item arrives defective, report it to the agency helpdesk within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise it is treated as accepted. If the product is unavailable, an alternate may be offered.
- T96 Cone: Ferrero India delivers through authorized service providers and is not responsible for transit damage.
- Actual product colour and design may differ from the pictures shown.
Other important conditions
- The Company can change, extend or end the contest at its discretion, and the offer lasts only as long as promo pack stock lasts.
- Participation is voluntary and entries outside the contest period are not considered.
- The contest is governed by Indian law, with courts at Pune having exclusive jurisdiction.
- If promotional material and the Terms differ, the Terms prevail.
